Overview

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that Travelodge Connect (Our HRIS) provides a stable, reliable and engaging platform with automation and self-service at its core? If so, our People Systems Analyst could be the role that you’re looking for.
Your Purpose
You will provide day to day support for the Connect system, acting as the primary point of contact for user queries and providing a high level of customer service. This includes managing everything from access control and organisational configuration to complex troubleshooting in collaboration with external partners. Beyond day-to-day support, you will also perform quarterly and annual system updates and support regular system audit processes.
You will design and maintain people data analytics solutions that empower the business through self-service reporting and real-time alerts. You’ll ensure all data delivery strictly adheres to security and protection guidelines while building automated triggers that prompt proactive business actions. By continually refining these tools, you will transform raw Connect data into sophisticated insights that directly enhance strategic decision-making. You will work alongside stakeholders and third party providers to deliver the Connect Roadmap, to continually promote opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

* Transform raw Connect data into insights that inform strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver the Connect Roadmap and pursue continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Your Strengths
* Technically-minded HR professional with experience at the intersection of people processes and data-driven systems.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking; able to configure complex systems and translate data into actionable insights.
* Proactive problem solver who stays ahead of technological trends and collaborates with diverse stakeholders to streamline workflows.
* Highly organized with good time management; balances technical maintenance with customer-centric user support.
* Experience with HR systems such as Elementsuite or Zellis, and data platforms such as GoodData.
