Morgan McKinley are working with our Swindon based client looking for a Credit Controller to join their business. Responsibilities for this Credit controller position include: Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments are received. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. Handle queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner. Prepare and send regular statements and reminders to clients. Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve account issues. Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow to the finance team.The ideal credit controller experience will include: Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounting and finance role. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
