This is a perm role based in West Midlands.Key Responsibilities:Drive performance of your team and support functions to deliver efficiency.Seek out new and innovative ways to deal with production issues, utilizing CI techniques.Ensure compliance with all site Health and Safety RegulationsExecute the shift training plan to improve performance / flexibility and organise any additional training through gap analysis that may be required.What We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years leading teams within a fast-paced food or beverage manufacturing environment e.g. multiple SKUs, product changeovers, packaging variants etc.Understands how KPIs are developed, and a track record of achieving results and ‘raising the bar’.Must be familiar with Production Performance Measurements.Strong management skills and an ability to operate and make decisions under pressure, whilst having your team at the forefront of your mind.
