Senior Nurse Elderly Nursing Home in Crewe £21.88 per hour plus paid breaks 36 hours per week (day duty) Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Senior Nurse to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Crewe. This role will include a combination of clinical shifts working as one of two nurses, as well as some dedicated supernumerary time for managerial tasks. Full flexibility required. Package for the Senior Nurse but not limited to: * £21.88 per hour * 36 hours per week * Day duty * Work in a home rated good by CQC * Excellent induction and on-going training * Paid DBS check * Company pension * Westfield Health Private Health Plan (after completion of three months probation) * Free on-site parking Senior Nurse requirements: * RGN/RMN or RNLD qualification * Active NMC PIN number * To manage the nursing unit and work closely with the Deputy Manager and Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home * Excellent clinical knowledge and strong leadership skills * Confident in leading a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants * Previous elderly nursing home experience is desirable but not essential * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Personal interest in working within elderly care * Good knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
