Requirements
* Full UK driving licence – this is a field-based role.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and implement a strong SHEQ culture aligned with a “Zero Harm” approach
* Ensure full compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements
* Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety tours
* Complete SHEQ reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), including incidents and KPIs
* Support ISO audits and maintain SHEQ systems and documentation
* Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, and briefings to site teams
* Monitor and analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and improvements
* Maintain systems such as ECO-online and document control platforms
* Encourage reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidents
* Support and guide site teams and SHEQ coordinators
* Attend SHEQ meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)
* Experience within social housing, maintenance, or minor works projects
* Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practices
* Experience with audits, reporting, and compliance systems
