We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support our partner secondary schools in Sittingbourne from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, or for experienced supervisors looking to build on their classroom experience across a range of subjects and settings.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Lead pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects in KS3 and KS4.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused, respectful learning environment.
* Support student engagement and understanding in the absence of the class teacher.
* Work closely with school staff and leadership to maintain high standards and contribute to the wider school community.
* Be a positive role model, promoting good behaviour and enthusiasm for learning.
You’ll need to bring:
* Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (or a strong desire to develop this experience).
* Confidence to lead a class, manage behaviour effectively and engage students.
* A proactive and flexible approach – ready to step into a range of subject areas.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
* A team-focused mindset and a genuine interest in education.
