Legacy Manager 37 hours a week (Part time hours considered) Salary £32,000 to £36,000 dependent on experience St Mary’s Hospice is entering an exciting new chapter. With a new Chief Executive and a bold three-year Strategy in motion, we are looking for a visionary Legacy Manager to lead our long-term income growth. This is a unique, brand-new position sitting at the heart of our Community Services and Income Generation teams. You won’t just manage a process; you will build a sustainable legacy programme to ensure our care continues for generations to come. As our Legacy Manager, you will be the champion for legacy giving across the organisation. You will lead the delivery of our growth strategy, focusing on high-quality supporter stewardship and a robust future pipeline. You will need proven experience in developing and delivering long-term income generation plans, a natural ability to build trust and provide exceptional stewardship to our supporters, together with a solid understanding of the legal and professional requirements surrounding legacy gifts.
