Are you a dedicated qualified SEN Teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 2 and a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs? We are currently seeking an outstanding SEN Teacher to join a well-established specialist school in Hillingdon, West London on a long-term basis.
This role is ideal for a skilled educator who thrives in a supportive specialist environment and has strong experience working with pupils who require tailored learning approaches and structured support.
The Role
* Long-term, full-time SEN Teacher position
* Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a specialist setting
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Using strong behaviour management strategies to create a calm and productive classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals to support pupil development
* Tracking progress and adapting teaching approaches to ensure every pupil can succeed
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2
* Experience working with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream or specialist setting
* Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
* Patient, resilient and passionate about inclusive education
* Committed to supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
