The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead an established and highly successful building consultancy team of seven surveyors. The role offers a clear pathway to Equity, setting it apart from more traditional corporate structures. What You’ll Be Doing
Shaping the strategic direction of the building consultancy department
Driving the growth and development of the Bristol office
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s network
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in building surveying within the built environment, including team leadership
Strong communication and client-facing skills
A proactive, forward-thinking, and collaborative approach
Strong local network
Ambition to grow with the business and contribute to its long-term success
