Purchasing Manager, Luxury Event Florist, Windsor, £40k - £50k + Bonus
I am working with a leading luxury floral business who work across events, weddings, sports and retail. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to drive operational excellence and innovation, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure seamless operations, exceptional products, and outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee procurement, allocation, and quality control of premium floral products
2. Support sales and design teams with creativity, seasonal planning, and pricing
3. Lead sustainability initiatives and promote locally sourced seasonal flowers
4. Foster a high-performing team and implement company culture and values
5. Provide operational support during busy periods and key events
What We’re Looking For:
6. Extensive experience in luxury floral operations with strong supplier networks
7. Proven ability to manage large-scale procurement, cost control, and margins
8. Experience balancing creative vision with commercial priorities
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
