Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and customers (hardware, software, and system queries)
* Handle product and application questions both pre- and post-sale
* Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
* Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
* Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and documentation
* Support internal training and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
* Relevant technical qualification or hands‑on experience in engineering, IT, or computer‑based systems
* Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer‑facing support
* Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication
* Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
