Job Title: Stores Administrator
Location : Wrexham
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Shift : Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:45 (early finish on Fridays)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Stores Administrator to join a busy manufacturing facility in Wrexham. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and goods-in experience, combined with basic administrative and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities: Booking deliveries into the system
Preparing shopping lists based on production needs
Picking items from stores and preparing them for dispatch to clients
Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
Organising and storing materials in the correct locations
Supporting stock control through regular checks and accurate record keeping
Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements : Previous experience in a warehouse or goods-in environment (essential)
Strong administrative and computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
