Accounts Receivable Associate
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This role reports to the AP and AR Manager (Credit Control & Relationship Management) and is responsible for executing general accounts receivable activities related to credit management and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain ledgers recording customer debt, communications, and outcomes
* Ensure timely cash collection and record customer debt
* Resolve, negotiate, and conclude debt cases with internal and external customers
* Maintain accurate administration of customer account and case notes
* Work closely with customers and operational teams to resolve customer debt effectively
* Generate and send out customer invoices and statements
Qualifications
* Background in accounts receivable or general accounting
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Strong oral, negotiation, and written communication skills
* Proven track record of providing strong customer service
