What's on offer for the successful Property Manager:
1. Working hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one Saturday morning a month, with time off in lieu supplied.
2. Up to £30,000 basic salary
3. Bonus and commission structure with OTE up to £35,000

Property Manager requirements:
6. Previous experience as a Property Manager (at least one year’s experience)
7. Highly organised and has strong attention to detail
8. Demonstrates a positive work ethic
9. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve problems is essential, along with computer literacy.
10. Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
13. Full UK driving license and access to own car
Key responsibilities will include:
14. Managing a diverse portfolio of properties
15. Instructing contractors and scheduling appointments
16. Liaising with tenants and suppliers to resolve issues
17. Following up on outstanding works and queries
18. Handling maintenance requests and building ongoing relationships with clients and tenants
19. Managing inventories and conducting reviews
20. Organising property inspections and assessments where applicable
