Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Paediatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner looking to make a real difference in emergency care? We invite you to join our friendly and well-established team in the Children\'s Emergency Department. You will be working alongside a fantastic multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering high-quality emergency care to all children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the continued development of our paediatric services.
Currently, our service covers a 7-day service, 07:30am - 22:30pm, with potential for increased hours as the team evolves. There is flexibility with shift patterns and individual requirements (to be discussed at interview).

Role and Responsibilities
* Join a dynamic and friendly team in the Children\'s Emergency Department, working in a fast-paced environment to provide high-quality care to children and young people.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team (MDT), using advanced clinical skills to manage undifferentiated patients aged 0-16 years presenting with a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries across all levels of acuity.
* Lead and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of paediatric services through leadership, education, and research, with 20% of time protected for these activities.
* Contribute to innovative service development projects and support the continued evolution of paediatric care pathways.

* Qualified and experienced Paediatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
