We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to support procurement operations and supplier approval processes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient purchasing activities within a busy supply chain team.
Working in a small supply chain team, youll provide administrative and procurement support across supplier approvals, audits, and purchasing. Youll be responsible for keeping systems accurate, suppliers compliant, and processes running effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise, process, and monitor purchase orders from request through to delivery
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and order progress
* Track and update delivery schedules, resolving any delays or discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records within the procurement system and ensure compliance with internal processes
* Support invoice matching and resolve order/payment queries with suppliers and finance teams
As the ideal candidate you will have strong communication and good attention to detail and be proficient in MS Office.
