Salary: £13.23 per hour / £27,518.40 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
* Foster professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policies.
* Implement a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
