Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Lecturer in HE Engineering to join our team at East Midland Institute of Technology in Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.
Key Responsibilities
* Use industry experience and expertise to contextualise learning and develop students’ understanding of electrical engineering and power networks.
* Play a key role in quality assurance and quality improvement processes – full training will be provided.
* Deliver high quality and challenging learning experiences.
Qualifications and Experience
* Possess a relevant engineering degree or master in engineering.
* Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification.
* Willingness to travel to other work locations as often as required.
* Experience in a relevant vocational industry setting (power industry transmission/distribution, high current/voltage applications or operating related equipment).
