Site Services Coordinator – £45,000 (Days, Monday–Friday)

We’re looking for a Site Services Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing team - overseeing site utilities, contractors, and essential services that keep our operation running smoothly.
About the Role
As our Site Services Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and maintaining key site services including water treatment, steam generation, compressed air, HVAC, and general utilities. You’ll coordinate contractors, ensure compliance, and work closely with our engineering and production teams to deliver a safe and efficient site.
While this is primarily a management and coordination role, it’s also a great opportunity to get involved on the ground and understand the systems first-hand. Full training will be provided, with support from our experienced engineering and facilities teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate contractors and service providers for all site utilities and maintenance work.

Oversee water treatment systems, steam boilers, compressors, HVAC, and site utilities.

Maintain site compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability.
*
Support site improvement projects and planned maintenance programmes.
*
Keep accurate records, permits, and documentation for audits and compliance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in facilities, engineering, or site services within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Understands utilities such as steam, water treatment, and compressed air (training will be provided).

Is confident managing contractors and coordinating work across departments.
*
Enjoys being part of a busy, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

Has a proactive, safety-first approach with great communication skills.
