Learning Disabilities Support Workers
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £25,397 per year + Additional enhancements for weekend & night shifts (plus £1000pa MRA)
Salary will be pro-rated for Part Time
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time / Full time

Essential Requirements
The appointed support worker will:
* Have experience of working with adults with complex needs
* Have good communication skills: verbal, non verbal, and written
* Be able to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays in rotational basis.
The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit support workers experienced in working with adults with multiple and complex disabilities as well as some additional health needs. The service is a small supported living environment providing person centred support.
As a support worker you will be required to support people with their full personal care, running and maintaining their home, supporting with medical appointments, accessing the community and generally supporting people to live the life they want.
