Job Title: Pastoral Assistant

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful Pastoral Assistant will be responsible for behaviour management, carrying out school patrols, and providing pastoral and emotional support to students throughout the school day. The Senior Leadership Team is committed to ensuring the successful Pastoral Assistant is supported throughout the placement.
Qualifications
* Experience working with young people within a school or youth setting
* Strong behaviour management skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* A calm and patient approach to supporting students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable attitude
