If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience on large multi-million-pound projects, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Team in Port Talbot to work on an interesting, complex and technically challenging project. The project value will be in excess of £200m and will be undertaken under a NEC form of contract.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Client Procurement Team to input into Work Scope Documents and procure enabling work packages.
* Manage commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.
* Minimise risk and cost, and maximise value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials.
Qualifications
* Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
* Construction industry experience running large projects valued at over £100m.
* Large scale industrial or civil engineering experience preferable.
* Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
* Experience with NEC Form of Contract.
