This is a vital role where youll help improve living conditions and prevent issues from escalating. Youll manage complex cases, coordinate activity behind the scenes and deliver excellent customer service.
Working with surveyors, contractors and internal teams, youll ensure cases are handled efficiently, data is accurate and customers receive timely updates and support.
