Job Description
Mechanical Project Manager
Watford
£55,000 - £65,000 + Annual Bonus + Car Allowance + Close Knit Team + Pension
Step into a hands-on role as a Project Manager with a dynamic and expanding company focused on ducting & ventilations system builds. You'll be part of a skilled team where your expertise will be rewarded and where you'll have the chance to significantly increase your earnings.
With success and steady growth and a reputation for high-quality workmanship and strong relationships with clients, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-respected team and grow your skills. In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard and building client relationships.
Your Role As Project Manager Will Include
* Going on client meeting and visiting site to make sure everything is running smoothly
* Estimating and tender submissions, pricing up new works
* Monitoring sites and progress of programs, ensuring trades and subbies are completing works
The Successful Project Manager Will Need
* Professionalism with potential clients to the highest standard
* Skills and knowledge of estimating
* Must have Cscs card, smsts, sssts and knowledge of health and safety
* knowledge of mechanical systems
