**Administrator – Culham | Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm | £27,000 per annum

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a dynamic role in the Culham area? This full-time position offers the chance to join a busy office environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued. You’ll be supporting general admin duties across the team, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.

Key responsibilities include:

6. Managing general office administration such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
7. Coordinating schedules and supporting diary management for senior colleagues
8. Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries as appropriate
9. Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
10. Assisting with document control and record keeping to support compliance
11. Supporting team meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes
12. Using Microsoft Office suite proficiently to support daily tasks
13. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

What we’re looking for:

14. Previous experience in an administrative or office role is essential
15. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
18. A proactive and positive approach to work with great attention to detail
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
