Responsibilities
1. Planning and maintaining logically linked, fully resourced project programmes.
2. Produce tender programmes and planning strategies.
3. Monitor contract performance and provide progress/KPI reporting.
4. Conduct critical path analysis, change impact assessments, and mitigation planning.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Engineers, and Clients to drive outcomes.
6. Support junior planners.
Requirements
7. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
8. Proven planning experience on infrastructure or energy projects.
9. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
10. Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and earned value principles.
11. Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
