What you'll be doing Our Operations team plays a crucial role in the heart of Bookouture, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. From maintaining critical systems to spearheading strategic initiatives, our team is committed to driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results. As a Digital Operations Assistant you will: Collaborate to maintain and optimise existing systems and workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Utilise scripting languages to automate manual processes, streamline processes and improve systems performance. Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and applications to support business growth and efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct research and stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices in digital operations. Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required. Who we are looking for Are you someone who loves getting stuck into systems and enhancing processes? Are you a team player who can work with a wide variety of people? Ideally, you: Have experience programming in JavaScript or Python. Have experience scripting in PowerShell or similar scripting languages. Are a self-starter with a growth mindset Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
