Job title: Assistant Site Manager Location: Loughton Pay rate: £230 - £250 depending on experience Start Date: ASAP I have an immediate start working with a reputable contractor who are carrying out works in Loughton, Essex. The works include construction of small industrial units and internal fit out If you are immediately available and have experience in finishes then this could be a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Reporting into a Site Manager. Management and coordination of subcontractors. Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions, checking contractor RAMS, performing site inspections and issuing permits to work. Updating the Site Manager on progress. Updating reports The Successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes and health and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Relevant qualification in construction management or related field. CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid. Recent workplace references
