Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Keep the lounge area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times Process guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
