The Work
You'll be advising on high-value, high-profile transactions, often opposite Magic Circle, Silver Circle, and leading U.S. firms. The breadth and quality of deals on offer, combined with the calibre of clients, set this team apart from competitors.
This is a nationally integrated team with a significant footprint in the Cardiff market - a key area for growth. As such, you'll play a crucial role in the next phase of the team's strategic expansion, with strong partner support and genuine opportunity for progression.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with:
* 2-5 years' PQE in real estate finance, banking, or broader finance-related transactions
* A strong grasp of LMA-based documentation and security structuring
* Experience acting for banks, borrowers, funds, or developers
* Excellent technical and commercial acumen
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to help grow a thriving, national practice
