Job Responsibilities:
1．Customer Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships and assist in consolidating high-quality clients; manage customer information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of client resources and equipment archives.
2.Sales & Business Development: Identify client needs through interactions and communication, promote lead conversion into business opportunities, guide clients toward purchase intentions, sign contracts, and deliver products to clients.
3.Payment Collection & Risk Control: Recover outstanding payments from clients, conduct regular account reconciliation to mitigate payment risks, reduce losses, and ensure payment recovery; actively assist settled clients in completing settlement procedures.
Job Requirements:
1.Education: College's degree or higher in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2.Experience: 3+ years of sales experience,familiar with port machines（scratcher，big truck，forklift，reach stacker) or tele handlers .
3.Skills: Strong market development and customer management capabilities; ability to promptly identify and address client needs, provide tailored product solutions, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
4.Language: Proficient in local language and English for effective communication.
