We are currently seeking Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners and a Room Leader to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.
As part of our family-run nursery group with locations across East London (Forest Gate, Upton Park, and Hackney), you will play a key role in providing high-quality childcare in a vibrant and evolving environment. Your Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner or Room Leader, you will:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support the development of young learners by delivering outstanding care and early childhood education.
Maintain high standards of communication, both verbal and written.
Promote teamwork, inclusion, and ongoing professional development.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 Qualification in childcare.
At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5.
Solid understanding of EYFS and National Standards for childcare regulation.
A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Skills
Strong command of English for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare are essential.
