You will have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping control the flow of service, and communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require staff to work flexible shifts and days. While evenings and weekends tend to be busier, shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
