Known for putting customers first, they've built a strong reputation as a trusted leader in the insurance market. About the Role This Portfolio Handler role is based within the Commercial team. Key responsibilities will include: Conducting fact-finding to ensure clients receive suitable insurance solutions Supporting business growth by sourcing new leads and exploring development opportunities Identifying up-sell potential to help achieve quarterly and annual targets for new business and renewals Staying informed on industry regulations and maintaining compliance Collaborating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders Maintaining accurate customer records in internal systems What We're Looking For To be considered, candidates should meet the following criteria: Minimum of 1 year's experience in the insurance industry with a focus on client relationship development, lead generation, and achieving sales goals Solid knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements A proactive mindset with a passion for building and expanding a client base Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service abilities Exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary up to £30,000, depending on experience Bonus potential of up to £6,000 annually Company pension scheme Private health insurance Retail discounts 22 days holiday plus statutory leave Absolutely fantastic.
