In this full:time, temporary to permanent role (9:00 AM : 4:00 PM, term:time only), youll work with students aged 9 to 19 in one:on:one, small group, and whole:class settings.

A unique teaching approach
Your responsibilities will include:
*
Providing teaching assistance to the teacher as defined by weekly/daily/seasonal planning.
*
Working 1:1 with students.
*
Providing group and/or individual activities, planned by the teacher.
*
Working individually with learners/students to develop their work.
*
Supporting the general well:being of learners within the school structure.
*
Monitoring and evaluating student learning under the guidance of the teacher.
*
Assisting teachers in using relevant management strategies to ensure a purposeful environment for teaching and learning.
*
Supporting all learners in their planned, structured work in all curriculum areas.
Key skills and experience needed:
*
The ability to work with learners who have various learning difficulties.
*
A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners.
*
The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
*
Flexibility in your approach to education.
*
Experience working in SEND settings is desirable but not essential.
*
Your own means of transport.
*
GCSEs in Maths and English.
