Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, fashion-forward, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Holder in our menswear store. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in daily store operations, helping to ensure a premium customer experience while supporting the management team. You will be trusted with opening and closing the store, supervising team members in the absence of management, and upholding visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Open and close the store following company procedures.
* Support the management team in achieving sales goals and customer service targets.
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and product knowledge to customers.
* Assist with daily operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
* Handle cash, POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
* Ensure store security and loss prevention policies are followed.
Qualifications:
* Previous retail experience required; experience in menswear or fashion retail preferred.
* Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Trustworthy with the ability to handle responsibility and key holder duties.
* Passion for fashion, style, and helping customers look and feel their best.
* Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
