About the Role
The busy kitchen team is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include preparing desserts for large conferences and events, as well as mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
* Planning and time management abilities
* A flexible attitude
* Experience in relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
