Salary: (£38,220 - £46,142 per annum)

About the Role
Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking experienced and motivated Social Workers to join our Integrated Front Door (IFD/MASH) team - the single point of access for all new referrals relating to children and young people not currently open to services.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding front-door service where you will play a vital role in safeguarding children by responding to concerns raised by professionals and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming contacts via telephone within a multi-agency safeguarding environment
Use your professional judgement to assess risk and determine appropriate outcomes
Provide advice and guidance to professionals and families
Signpost to Early Help and universal services where appropriate
Progress cases to Early Help or Social Work Assessment Teams where required
Work collaboratively within a supportive team structure, including Practice Supervisors and Team ManagersAbout the Team
The IFD operates a conversational model, where initial contacts are screened by Business Support before being passed to Social Workers for professional decision-making.

We are looking for Social Workers who:
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Child Protection
Possess strong knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory guidance
Thrive in a fast-paced, decision-making environment
Are confident in multi-agency working
Can communicate effectively and make sound professional judgementsWorking Arrangements
Hybrid working model
Minimum 2 days per week in the office

Essential Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
Social Work England Registration.
Driving license and access to own vehicle.
