BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – LUXURY WELLNESS
SOUTH EAST UK
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development across the South UK (Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire) working with an in-house network of architects, designers, and high-end personal trainers to engage HNWIs and deliver premium wellness solutions.
* Operate in a remote capacity, working from home while travelling daily across the region for client meetings, business development opportunities, and partner appointments.
* Build and manage client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, CAD presentations, and ensuring a seamless luxury customer experience.
* Leverage market potential through events, retail partnerships, and lifestyle communities (golf/tennis clubs, arts, charity programmes) while maximising pipeline management and conversion.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ sales/account management experience within luxury, premium, or lifestyle sectors.
* Proven ability to manage complex deals with a consultative sales approach and strong negotiation skills.
* Passion for fitness, wellness, and luxury, with exceptional communication, presentation, and CRM expertise (Salesforce knowledge a plus).
Offering:
* Competitive base salary of £40,000 – £45,000 plus commission (avg. £20k per annum) and incentives scheme.
