Marni UK is looking for a brilliant and talented Client Advisor for our concession in London – Selfridges.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in‑store experience.
* Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
* Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
* Deal effectively with customer complaints.
* Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
* Proactively engage in cross‑selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Prove brand and product knowledge.
* Manage payment operations including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax‑free transactions in a punctual and accurate manner.
* Ensure and maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual display, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product theft, including tagging garments and merchandise.
* Think innovatively about how to improve performance and generate new ideas; stay up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors.
* Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
* Manage and drive sales by understanding client needs and creating a tailored, hand‑crafted experience.
* Transform each client experience into a unique moment.
* Promote a customer‑centric culture by supporting CRM processes, client engagement, and after‑sales practices.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail.
* Proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship development.
* Results‑driven and customer‑focused mindset.
* Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: £ 25,000 – £ 28,000 gross per annum.
Benefits: commission scheme.
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of seniority.
