In this role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse national account portfolio spanning major grocery, high street retail, and specialist channels. You’ll be hands‑on, commercially focused, and trusted to make decisions that drive sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
Managing and growing key grocery and high street accounts (e.g. Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, H&B).
Analysing performance and P&L, identifying gaps and opportunities, and driving profitable growth.
Working collaboratively across the business to support planning, forecasting, supply chain coordination, and category insights.
Rolling up your sleeves—getting involved wherever needed in a non‑corporate, high‑ownership environment.
Building strong retailer relationships and representing the business with confidence and commercial edge.
