Equal Education Partners is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants across South West Wales!
If you have a passion for supporting children in their educational journey, this is the role for you! You will work in a school environment where teamwork and communication are key. Your responsibilities include assisting primary school teachers in delivering lessons and helping students reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing classroom materials and resources.
* Assisting students during lessons and providing 1:1 support as needed.
* Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
* Supporting classroom behaviour management.

Requirements
To qualify, you should have:
* Experience working with children in educational settings.
* A positive, friendly attitude encouraging learning.
* Good communication skills for collaboration with teachers and staff.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales or willingness to register.
* Valid UK Right to Work.
* Competitive pay (minimum £77/day, aligned with Teaching Assistant Main Pay Scales).
* Opportunities for daily supply and long-term roles.
* Flexibility to work as much or as little as desired.
* Support from Recruitment Managers and a quick online registration process.
