What will you be doing?
An opportunity has become available to work on EU reporting for our Top global clients. This role will be tasked with the set up and ongoing maintenance of a large number of regular reports for strategic regional clients and the overall support and implementation of key reporting initiatives. This role will involve being the day-to-day contact for regional client users and their reporting needs.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the build and maintenance of strategic management reports. These will include cross country reports requiring inputs across all Circana countries
2. Taking ownership and accountability for the coordination of all client reporting requests, collaborating effectively with the GOC, local countries and HQ insights team where applicable to define, build and deliver on time, correct and to budget
3. Proactively managing and highlighting any risk or issues related to contracted deliverables
4. Managing the feasibility, costing and documentation of any client change requests
5. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through proactive and regular assessments to ensure all reports are built using the most efficient, quality driven and automated reporting practices.
6. Ensuring Circana receive greater than a in the EU score card for HQ reporting activities
7. Building relationships with regional client teams to understand/improve/develop/propose new solutions to new and existing reports. This may include on-site visits to countries.
8. Clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users verbally and in writing.
Requirements
9. Circana operational experience (awareness of the database/model and reporting processes)
10. Problem solving – aptitude for understanding/navigating complex Circana EU databases, models, and reports.
11. Highly numerate with strong analytical skills to interpret client requirements and deliver flawlessly
12. Technical skills – Proven advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPointConfident working knowledge of Circana’s suite of reporting tools – ideally Unify, Unify Office, PlusSuite, and Temple
13. Process minded – ensures relevant process and QC procedures are adhered to within agreed deadlines and that supporting documentation is followed and kept up-to-date
14. Excellent organisational skills – ability to manage a set of complex and conflicting tasks (potentially across a sub-team) to planned timings and specification, providing manager/client succinct and timely updates with early warning of issues, suggesting mitigating actions
15. Strong team player – talent for working collaboratively toward project/service goals, cross country networking is critical
16. Operates with integrity – demonstrates a strong desire for getting things right, routinely measures for results and completion of commitments
17. Highly self-motivated – takes direction well, seeks opportunities to learn and utilise what is learned
