Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be Revit-proficient, with demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial detailing, and a thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction details using Revit.
• Support the design process from concept through to construction, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and planning requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to deliver projects effectively and on schedule.
• Contribute to design development with technical insight and problem-solving capabilities.
• Undertake site visits and inspections, producing reports and advising on construction methods.
• Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure technical excellence and design integrity are maintained throughout.

Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (CIAT membership is a plus).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a UK-based architectural practice.
• Proficient in Revit
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, standards, and construction methods.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial detailing.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and team-working skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
