We are now looking for adaptable, enthusiastic supply teachers who are interested in day‑to‑day, short‑term or longer‑term placements. Whether you prefer EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we can match opportunities to your strengths, experience and preferred year groups.
Your new role
1. Delivering engaging, purposeful lessons, ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported in their learning.
2. Adapting quickly to different school environments, routines and expectations while maintaining high‑quality teaching.
3. Following each school’s curriculum and planning guidance, using your professional judgement to meet the needs of all learners.
4. Managing behaviour effectively and building positive relationships with pupils and staff in a variety of settings.
5. Demonstrating flexibility, professionalism and a positive attitude while contributing to the smooth running of each school you support.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
7. Experience teaching within primary settings, with confidence teaching a year or range of year groups.
8. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with pupils.
9. Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver high‑quality teaching with minimal preparation time.
10. Excellentmunication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to working with different schools and teams.
