Client Solutions Manager, Sports & Fashion - Global Business Solutions - London
Responsibilities include partnering with clients to drive advertiser growth, analytics-driven insights, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver complete solutions for advertisers on TikTok.
Responsibilities
* Driving media strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients' business goals
* Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
* Educate other teams on TikTok for Business offerings by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external use
* Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
* Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real time analysis
* Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizes
* Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the client and collaborate with relevant internal teams to provide a complete solution
* Monitor and analyse ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities for improving and scaling performance
* Investigate and work with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues on the platform
* Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve advertising offerings
* Share marketplace feedback and guide advertising strategy
* Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive client relationships in collaboration with the sales team
* Demonstrate deep analytical ability and develop expertise in TikTok’s proprietary metrics, evolving how data-driven insights are analyzed and communicated
Qualifications
* Minimum Qualifications
o Demonstrated experience of account management/performance experience in digital marketing
o Tangible experience executing on a biddable network
o Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP, SKAN etc)
o Experience managing brand advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges across full funnel objectives
o Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
* Preferred Qualifications
o Results oriented with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
o Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
o Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
o Experience using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI) a plus
o Comfortable presenting complex analysis to C-suite level stakeholders
o Experience working within the vertical
