Bring interiors to life through styling, planting, and beautiful final-stage dressing.
Our Design & Build client is seeking a creative, organised, hands-on Plant & Styling Coordinator to join a leading interior design team and help deliver beautifully finished workplace spaces across London. If you love design, have a flair for styling, and enjoy getting stuck in from selecting accessories to planting schemes on site, this role is for you.
Styling & Design
* Lead styling for projects: select accessories, props, and final-layer details
* Create planting proposals tailored to light, layout, furniture, and aesthetic
* Produce mood boards, proposals, and polished presentation documents
* Stay up to date with design and planting trends
Project Delivery
* Install styling and planting schemes on site to an impeccable visual standard
* Understand layouts/drawings to determine placement and flow
* Prepare plants, pots, and accessories at the yard (physical, hands-on work)
* Source products and samples, working within budget + sustainability guidelines
Plant Care & Maintenance
* Support the wider plant team with watering, pruning, and plant health checks (approx. half a day every fortnight)
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with designers to achieve the intended look and feel
* Provide project updates to senior leadership, including commercial margins
* Arrange photography and support marketing/social content
* Contribute to client presentations and new business activity
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in interiors, styling, set dressing, design & build, or similar
* Strong design eye with commercial awareness
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
* Knowledge of interiors suppliers and product ranges
* Full, clean driving licence
* Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
* No criminal record (must declare if otherwise)
Plant knowledge is a bonus — full training provided.
