We are looking for a Cost Administrator/Controller to join our Infrastructure team.
Our infrastructure team brings its design, build and refurbishment expertise to complex projects across the country. We form strong partnerships with clients and communities to deliver major infrastructure improvements like A14 improvement scheme, HS2 and Waterloo and Southwest station upgrade.
You'll:
* Work closely with project team in order to manage plant, material and labour- keeping accurate records and ensuring this is reflected in ERP- this will include on/off hire & order amendments
* Enter weekly timesheet for operated plant, materials and labour into the finance system
* Resolve not passed invoice queries- working with team to pay invoices promptly and keep clear communication with supply chain to ensure Fair Payment Charter is adhered to
* Attend weekly resource meetings to keep track of plant, materials and labour on site
* GRN (Good Receipt Note) material delivery notes into our finance system
* Complete requisitions as required
* Ad hoc duties as required
We're looking for:
* IT literacy
* A Team Player
* Education to GCSE standards must have working knowledge of Excel skills and have proficient numeracy skills
* Strong communication skills
