Level 3 Teaching Assistant
to support teaching and learning across the school. This role would suit an experienced TA who enjoys working collaboratively with teachers and supporting pupils to make strong academic and social progress.

The Role
Supporting learning within the classroom across the primary phase
Working with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
Supporting the delivery of interventions in literacy and numeracy
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment
Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupil needs
Who This Role Is Suitable For
Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants
Experienced TAs looking for a long-term role
Practitioners confident supporting learning across year groups
Individuals with a calm, proactive and inclusive approach
Requirements
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
Experience Working In a UK Primary School
Strong communication and behaviour support skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
