Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in shipping and logistics, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. Youll be instrumental in coordinating engineer travel, managing shipments, and supporting both our operations and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Arrange UK and European shipments with third-party logistics providers
2. Prepare and manage import/export documentation
3. Book travel and accommodation for Apex Engineers across the UK and Europe
